Wonderful
Good location for the value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good size and extremely clean.
Not a big deal but the breakfast selection could differ slightly between days. Same thing every day. The carpet in the hallways and stairs could also be updated to make it look a little more posh.

Amazingly let me check in way early, super accommodating.
Didn’t get the room I wanted but I did check in early. I asked to leave my bags there and I’d come back to check in at the right time but they let me check in early due to a no show. The beds felt like jail.

Hotel 32 was great in all fields that me as a traveler care about; it was clean, the staff was helpful and very welcoming (especially compared to the somewhat colder stance of staff in various other places we visited in Krakow), the room and the bathroom were spacious enough and well equipped. A huge bonus point for the hotel that we hadn't thought of but came to appreciate during our stay in Krakow, is the hotel's great location. Close to a couple of important public transport stops, a short walk from Wawel Castle, a section of Planty Park and thus the old town but without being in the middle of all the tourists going around. We enjoyed our stay very much
Just to be nitpicky but also sincerely noting anything that troubled us is the rather weak mini-fridge that was in the room we booked. It seems that it mostly kind of acts as a mini-bar, but for the summer months I would like something more capable of cooling a couple of bottles of water or a beverage that I'm planning to grab with me during my next day's excursions. And if hotel staff is reading these, actually consider having in the fridge some of the local polish snacks and beverages that we tried like Prince Polo, Grzeski and Hellena Oranzada instead of the generic Fantas and Snickers bars.

Shower door fell out of the track. Being as late as it was, didn’t bother to find staff to complain had to wait till the morning.

Clean, quaint with modern amenities, great breakfast, and super nice, helpful staff. The top floor rooms are lovely!
It’s a short walk to the town square.
The only small inconvenience is that the elevator only goes to the third floor, and our rooms were on the fourth. But the staff helped us old folks carry luggage up the last flight.

I really loved the place, the location is so good to walk around to the main tourist places, the staff is very helpful all time! And also I had a massage service which was so good!

Contrary to previous information, there was no parking. However, there would have been a paid parking garage a short distance away.

Wonderful
The lighting options in the room allowed us to adjust to our own needs. Our room was always remade each day with clean towels. Our view of surroundings through the window was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet next door was convenient and yummy.
A bit noisy outside our open window at night from people celebrating into late hours, but didn’t prevent us from getting a good nights sleep.

Everything was quite excellent, not much to complain about. Staff, cleanliness, style, location and proximity to the Old Town, restaurant adjacent to the hotel, everything was satisfactory.
