breakfast is still ok.
I booked this hotel specifically because it listed air conditioning as a feature. Upon arrival, I found out there was no air conditioning at all – just a thermostat for central heating. The temperature was 28°C and felt like an oven. It was unbearable.
I contacted Booking.com for help and was told the hotel staff would resolve the issue in the next morning. The receptionist claimed the manager would be in by 8am to settle things.
The room description also mentioned a fan, but there was none for the entire first night.
When I spoke to the manager the next day, I was told that “if you turn on the air con for an hour, you’ll feel the cool.” I left it running for the whole day, and the room was still hot – no cool air whatsoever.
I’ve requested a refund and escalated the issue to Booking.com. I have never experienced such blatant misrepresentation of room amenities before. Both the receptionist and manager misled us.
If they insist the room has air conditioning, I challenge them to provide an installation certificate to prove it.
Total scam. False advertising. Stay away.

Horrible experience! Not only this place is overpriced, but it's rooms were worn out, doors and walls dented, furniture broken etc. Beds were awful, you could feel springs through the matress. But for the best ever sleeping experience, wedding party in the same building, with drunken "go fuck off" expressing men and helpless hotel staff made it to our "top experience". It is not a hotel, but party/event facility, that tries to make money out of tourists, who are not aware of that fact. Choose some other place at Krakow!

I liked the staff - the receptionist was very helpful.
the room was on the 1st floor, not ventilated, full of small flies, had to get them all out. There are traces of such captures left on the walls from a long time ago. The smell of stagnant water in the bathroom. I really did not expect that for such a price, we would get such a limited option. We paid 120 EUR/day.
