Kitchen with equipment and some food free to use
Socket and little lamp by my bed
Maybe the fact lockers were locked with key not with a code so I had to watch over the key. But it wasnt a big deal.

Location excellent loved the markets and cafe nearby reception polite and helpful good to have a safe locker good tea and breakfast availability and clean toilets always

Staff were very friendly, which really helped the atmosphere of the whole hostel. The location of the hostel is also fantastic, very central and easy to access many of the tourist sights of Krakow. Also very good value for money.
The beds are a little creaky and old, but not too bad for the hostel setting and the price of stay. Bathroom facilities a bit limited, but again totally fine for a shorter stay in a hostel. This was my first time travelling alone, and Hostel Centrum Sabot worked great for me.

I had my own room and it was nice. Private rooms on a different level than dorm rooms so it was quiet. Each floor had its own bathroom/shower. The location was decent for the train station and old town.
The female staff member was not pleasant. It felt like she was annoyed every time you had to speak with her.

I didnt check the check in time and I was arriving late, the receptionist didnt forget about me, she called me and helped me to check-in after working hours. If she wouldnt do it, I would probably stay up all night in empty dark city.
