Plenty of comfortable beds for our family. Great location, beautiful architecture inside and out, and just a short walk to the center of Old Town. The receptionist was friendly and spoke English very well!!

The staff was exceptional and friendly, the room was very clean and they provided water in the bottles as well as toiletries. Location is on pretty quiet street which is very close to the city center with the option for parking. Breakfast was also nice with lot of options to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel!

Hotel had an excellent location in between the old city and the Jewish quarter. It is on a quiet but pretty residential street. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Overall very high-quality.

The location is excellent near everything that’s a must to see in Krakow

Very Good
There are many Catholic statues and pictures on the walls and a Jesus figurine above the bed. Especially given that many come to this area to visit the old Kazimierz Jewish neighborhood that was destroyed by the Nazis and that it's my understanding that this grand building once was a Jewish residence, this is insensitive.

Lovely staff, everyone was very professional and friendly :) the hotel smelled excellent and room was very clean. The location and the parking were also huge selling points, would totally recommend

Nice location, big and comfortble rooms, good breakfast.
The young boy at the breakfast was very unpolite that made our morning a bit embarrassing.

Able to leave bags prior to check in and after checkout which allowed us to explore unencumbered. It is a 10 minute walk from the square and 10 minutes from old Jewish quarter. Rooms are well appointed with soap/shampoo provided. Staff were friendly and helpful at every interaction.
Can't comment on food or other facilities as room was used as a base only.
