Very comfoetable for those who need a night a the airport. Spacious room, comfortable beds, very nice shower and accessories. 24/7 receptionists - super welcoming and nice.

The hotel is literally right next to the airport, couldn't be closer. Breakfast was very good and room of good quality. Reception personnel were very helpful.

Check-in was easy and quick, the room was generally clean, and we really appreciated the water coolers provided on each floor. The price and location by the airport are great!
The bed was a bit hard, and the mattress cover is very noisy whenever you move.

The hotel was very conveniently located next to the airport which was excellent as I had a 6am flight the next morning after arriving in Krakow after a long bus trip in from Ukraine that evening. It was perfect for getting a good night's sleep before my flight and being right at the airport for convenience. Also quite convenient that there was a little shop and restaurant right in the hotel for sundries and a great dinner before heading off to sleep the night before the flight.
Everything met my needs very well. I wouldn't be able to say there was anything I didn't like. The staff was attentive and friendly and everything went smoothly.
