Exactly what I expected staying at a Hampton Inn. Really clean, pleasant staff and good breakfast.
A decent walk to Krakow Centre which we did a couple of times but relied on Bolt taxis when we were tired. But for the price of Bolt I’m not complaining.

Breakfast, service,
Guests of the hotel having to pay for parking, should have a number plate system for guests and be free of charge, we had to pay everytime we wanted to go out which was about 58 zl, also room 429 had a plumbing issue cause when I got back to my room from being out all day the smell of sewer in the room was awful, luckily I booked two rooms and spent most of my time in the second room with the kids, house keeping were very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this four-star hotel in Kraków. Everything was excellent – we really enjoyed it. The breakfasts were delicious and very varied, offering plenty of choice. The playroom for children was a great bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We like Hampton by Hilton breakfasts, but this hotel was super breakfasts, very fresh, a lot of options.
Some towels were not new and a bit broken.

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was really good with plenty of food choises. Loved the cute welcome and set for our toddler
In Poland I really can't understand staff that are not smiling and welcoming. And that's in 99% hotels where I've been :)
