We had a wonderful stay at this four-star hotel in Kraków. Everything was excellent – we really enjoyed it. The breakfasts were delicious and very varied, offering plenty of choice. The playroom for children was a great bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We like Hampton by Hilton breakfasts, but this hotel was super breakfasts, very fresh, a lot of options.
Some towels were not new and a bit broken.

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was really good with plenty of food choises. Loved the cute welcome and set for our toddler
In Poland I really can't understand staff that are not smiling and welcoming. And that's in 99% hotels where I've been :)

There was a vending machine drinking water in the hallway.
I booked accommodation based on need basis and on the go to the Slovakia.
The deposit came as a surprise, although it was mentioned in booking, later I read everything described in booking to the end it was descibed but not as a big deal.
If I had noticed it I would have chosen another hotel.
Staff not very friendly.
The deposit has not been returned to the credit card even though 5 days have passed since the accommodation.
Since two rooms were booked together with children, the number of people in the room was more than two, bed linens, etc. were not placed in the room. Also, no one paid attention to this when checking in, I had to go and ask myself.
Quite expensive car parking, although it was located somewhere random not even in center city.

Really loved the breakfast. There was a variety of options for vegetarians as well.
When we were checking in, the lobby´s admin asked, which kind of room would we want. We did not ask anything specific but said that the room should have a nice view. Our room was on the 1st floor and the view was set to the other hotel next to it. Otherwise, had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel, great and professional staff, delicious breakfast, great services. Our son loved their kids room and daily cinema with popcorn. We were surprised there is also pool even though it was not mentioned anywhere. I understand, the pool is for the connected Double Tree hotel guests, but Hampton guests can pay for entry too. Good deal though. The city centre is accessible by the nearby tram within 30 minutes.
Paid parking - 60 PLN/night however the hotel is in the part of the city where no parking fees are charged within the city parking policy.
