Great place to make home base while in Krakow. You can book tours, and there are lovely walks to take on tree lined walking/biking paved trails.

A great hotel with free parking, about a 30 min walk from the old town. Comfortable and well equipped room. A good breakfast. Staff were great, allowing us to check in early and the night porter arranged a take away breakfast, as we had an early start!

Very nice people work here, friendly staff. You can reserve a parking space on the phone before making a reservation, pretty good breakfasts. Old building but not too far away from the old city center

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind—almost too kind! They went out of their way to accommodate us, even preparing lunchboxes for us since we had to leave early before breakfast started.
One morning, we accidentally came down to the breakfast area 30 minutes before the official start time. Instead of telling us we were too early, the staff member hurried to get everything ready for us. We almost felt sorry for him because he was so eager to help!
The room was also good, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great as well—situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance of Krakow’s city center.
Overall, a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the incredibly kind staff.

Wonderful welcome from a very helpful receptionist.
Both receptionists were amazing.
Breakfast was wonderful - a great selection and great service.
Unfortunately, our first night was spoiled by a very noisy person in the room next door who had the TV on full volume throughout the night. At 3am I went down to reception and the receptionist took 3 attempts to wake up the person and get them to turn the TV off. But by this time my sleep had been badly impacted which meant I was very tired for my first day.
That said, the receptionist did all she could to address the situation.
