The breakfast was excellent. A lovely choice of cold and hot foods. The scrambled egg was perfect! The dining room was also open from early which meant we didn’t miss breakfast when going out on excursions.
Most members of staff were friendly and helpful, but one or two could do with improving their customer skills. A smile would go a long way

The hotel is well situated for access to the city centre using the trams that pass in front of the hotel.
The selection for the breakfast is generous and expansive.

Great location, so easy to explore old town on foot, trams near by. The area is beautiful. we were on the ground floor next to the bar area and it was actually very quiet. Breakfast we got included and the choice, quality of the food was excellent. The bartender, Jacek was amazing making us a proper Mad Dog (Krakow local drink) and other cocktails not in the menu. His coffee making was also brilliant.
Towels fresh everyday. We will definitely stay here on our next visit. We did not eat at the restaurant, so cannot comment .

The breakfast is excellent with good quality and a great variety of food items. However, I didn't find any juice available, and the staff member did not ask whether we want juice.
The room is small, and we doubt the floor size description is correct for a deluxe room.. The twin bed is quite narrow compared to the standard twin size bed. Though we were disappointed with the small bathroom with a small sink, we like the heated towel rack. No body lotion and shower cap were provided.

Loved the location, the room, the staff, breakfast. Stayed in the family room with dog. Perfect city break hotel
No bottle opener for the mini bar which is included in the price....nice touch
