The hotel is situated in a very good place, close to all the attractions, in a walking distance. Staff is very friendly, and willing to support. Breakfast was great!
It is a bit outdated. I expected a bit higher level for 4 stars hotel, so considering everything I would say it is strong 3 stars.

The breakfast and the breakfast staff was superb.
This is the worst 3 nights hotel stay of my life and I advise you not to book this hotel chain. This was my first time, and will be my last. They don't value their guests. I have stayed at over 200 hotels around the world, on my own and for work. Many hotels in Poland. And even though I wrote this 4 star hotel in Kazimierz after this uncomfortable stay, with specific details of the things that went wrong, and with photos and videos as evidence of it, they don't want to compensate me in any way. Imagine trying to relax and enjoy your hotel room before Christmas in Krakow, a dream come true, but be assigned to a room next to a washing machine room that is making noise from 8-16 and into the night (as I have video of), and a tech room also, with a WIFI station with power on for the hotel, that makes your skin crawl and gives you headache. That is not comfort. On top of that, the heater in the room was broken. It was supposedly fixed during my stay, but there was no change. Cold room and 0 degrees outside. But given two, small, hardly working radiators and blankets to make up for it. The minibar did not keep things cold I found out check-out day. There were only few TV channels working. I booked the hotel 3 and 1/2 weeks before arrival. I got the last room because the hotel was full. But that is no excuse to offer an expensive stay in a room that can be very disturbing for their guests. They should not sell this room without a warning that there could be some disturbance because of the location in the hotel. The staff was questionable, contradicting the things that I was saying and pointing out ("This is normal", "Nobody complains about this but you"). They reacted quickly, but their attitude was mostly bad. Only 1 person made me feel welcome, and that is Kascper. I am beyond disappointed that the management denies me compensation. I feel like I deserve it and if they had just given me something, I would not have written this.
