Felt very much welcome at this hotel. Very professional and caring staff. Breakfast buffet exceed my expectations way too far. Few minute walk from the Main Square, very convenient location. Will comeback again!

Great coffee for a delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, and a pleasant shower. The location is absolutely perfect, with the attractions of Kazimierz just a few minutes' walk away. And there's underground parking.
The only downside was the strange behavior of the staff at the counter. A few words too many from the staff member and the stay started worse than it could have.

Location and breakfast were good,
The room was old and extremely small, beds were short and uncomfortable, and the pillows very especially uncomfortable. Room cleaning left a dirty coffee cup for 2 days without changing, only upon request, and had the habit of just entering the room without knocking.

Nothing special.
1. Staff was not friendly at all.
2. The king bed was two separated small beds.
3. For each room, there was only one access card, the reason was no more cards in the hotel.
4. The price is expensive for the location and for the room size.
5. Breakfast was not worth the money paid. Options were very limited, and there was no kitchen order.

The staff are very informative and helpful. Anna who prepared our room is nice.
Pillows are not the usual size. We are traveling as a couple but our duvet is not a double.

The location, it's in a really nice neighborhood and accessible by feet to the old town. Also the facilites and the building looks new! Breakfast was also nice with many options.
Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were stains on our bedsheets and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Being with a 4 month baby this was rather distressing. To be fair they addressed the issuess relatively fast though.
We also had requested that our twin beds to be connected as one, but they forgot about it.

The room that they gave me the fridge was broken not working they didn’t tell me and I put my medicine inside it so when I looked at it in the morning to take a medicine I found it very bad I didn’t take my medicine and it was very Dengrous for my health I asked them to repair the fridge or change my room they refused and didn’t do any thing to help

Breakfast variety . very clean room , location , still enjoying the carlift.
Compared with my previous visit these levels increased.
empty minibar , tap water :) only , paper glass in the bathroom ,, seriously ? I am eco but c'mon , it is a 4 stars hotel in the center of the city life.
Compared with my previous visit , this level dropped.
