I liked the location. Stuff was helpful, but they asked us to pay extra if we wanted to check in at night. There was self check in.
I didn't like that the room was on 6th floor, there was elevator that didn't work and we needed to carry all our luggage upstairs. There wasn't any signs that indicated what floor we were in or what rooms are there. The room was okay, it was clean enough. Pillows were horrible, it was impossible to sleep on. The doors to the room were so thin that we could hear everything that was going on around us, as well every time someone got up the light was shining into our room. The showers and toilets were filthy. I am sorry, but they ask too much money for what they are offering.

It’s a brilliant location right by Wawel Castle, also a little shop next door. I had late check in and the instructions were easy to follow to access hostel, included basic breakfast which is always a plus
Noisy as on a busy Main Street so don’t forget your ear plugs, the bathroom has quite a musty smell and there’s only one shower on the floor.

Very spacious room with bathrooms/toilets shared for the floor. Room has all you need, bed was comfy, AC available. Breakfast is included, and we really liked it. Staff was supportive - with changing our towels which were a bit smelly (not their fault), with opening gate so we can park our car. Hostel is literally few steps from castle, shops/restaurants nearby. Wifi was good and fast.
Our recommendations (not minuses) - since bathrooms are shared, consider installing wall hangers for towels directly in the room. There was big roller door wardrobe, however there were no hangers, so if you come during fall/winter, there is nowhere to hang your jacket/towel.

Breakfast is basic and very good. The location was near to a place I needed to go, also 20 mins walking from the center which is not that bad. The staff was so helpful and kind.

They were very flexible with early check-in without asking for extra fee. The security was good after 4 steps of codes.
They have hair dryer in the showers.
- The shower room was very small, and the shower head works not properly (leaky).
- There was a lot of noise in the morning due to thin walls.
- There is an elevator but it goes only to half of the floors so you need to take the luggages with you for the top floors.
- There isn’t eggs for the breakfast.

Very convenient location – easy to reach from the airport by bus. The facilities are complete, breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are always very warm and helpful whenever you have a question.

Clean and comfy hostel, nice location. The breakfast is good especially for the price, as it’s included. Good value for money.
Bathrooms were okay, could use paper for drying hands and some extra hooks. Also one shower per floor often isn’t enough for a hostel that has maximum capacity of 78 people, but it doesn’t seem there would be any space for more showers either.

You get a free towel and the bathroom is near. The location is gret 15min from old town. The staff was nice and the breakfast included in the price was great.
The bathroom and rooms had a bit of a musty smell and a lot of people shared one shower.
