Wonderful
The hotel had a great location with a walking distance to old town. It has great facilities including restaurant, bar and spa (spent a bit of time there...). Breakfast had a lot of variety of food so we all found what we liked. We have truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. To top up the staff are very friendly and always helpful.
Our floor was full of youngsters who of course like to party, this was fine until you wanted to go to bed (we were tired after all day traveling). It was too loud so instead we chose to go to the old town. Fortunately, this was only the case on the first night, they left the day after.

Good value for money. The room is clean and modern decorated. The staff is friendly, and the cozy restaurant near the reception serves good dishes. The pool and saunas are a big plus. Kids are very welcome and the management spoils them with welcome gifts.
The breakfast was ok, but not great. We were surprised that fried eggs were not served. Also, the cold cuts and coffee were not so good.

Good value for money.
Great facilities for the kids to chill out after being dragged around the old town.
We ate in the restaurant one night which was delicious.
The hotel is located a good 20 minute walk from the old town but you can get a cabin pretty cheaply and regular bus

Hotel is located close to the river, about 15 minutes from Kazimierz district. It has kinda cold sauna and swimming pool which you need to book a little in advance because it was a line right on the spa zone reception. Good breakfast and actually it was a good offer for the price.
Mostly everyone had a robe for the spa zone except us. It was no robes in our room. Window’s view is a little depressive and you need to walk about 20-30 minutes to the Old Town

Very helpful staff. Big shopping mall 5 min. away (tops). Relatively cheap parking spot. Fast elevators.
I had an extra bed which was extra-uncomfortable.
