Everything was good . It is a very nice place , very comfortable beds and a wide range of food during breakfast.
Turned out that the swimming pool was out of order for some time. The hotel offers free transport to alternative location. I guess a client should be informed before on booking side not during check in.

Spa facilities weren’t working. Which was the main reason we booked. Breakfast was very basic.

Breakfast was excellent, room was lovely and quiet, hotel has a nice atmosphere & the staff were friendly & helpful
It was a pity that the leisure centre was closed, an alternative was offered at a different hotel but I did not avail of this

Very friendly we had a trip and was leaving at 6.10 which meant we would miss breakfast I asked if they could do anything for us to eat and was very happy with the bags we got for the day food at hotel restaurant was lovely and only a short walk to things
Breakfast could have been better no bacon mushrooms beans or tomatoes. Only scrambled eggs and sausage

My room wasn’t that warm and although there was a touch screen control panel for the air blower/heater…..turns out you have no control over the temperature as it’s controlled by reception….so why give guests the impression they can control the temperature in their room.
The swimming pool was too cold to be comfortable and the hot tub was not working so overall…..was a disappointing stay.

Ensure the rules set for swimming pool area shall be followed properly to respect the cultures of all the guests. There is some room for improvement.

Location is good, it’s close to the city center and close to the big shopping center (Kazimierz).
Hotel is new, breakfast was good (good value for the money). Staff was friendly, enough parking places.
Just the matrace in the bed. I prefer firmer option

Such a lovely hotel, close enough for convenience, but far enough for the quieter visitor. Great staff, always on hand and helpful. Lovely breakfast, and plenty of it.
