Everything was perfect
The Air conditioning wasn't working in room couldn't call them call them because room phone was BROKEN called them tolled me within 15 minutes being fixed Phone was never fixes !! AC was never fixed

The position of the hotel was close to the center. We had ample opportunity to walk. The breakfast was good, the beds comfortable.
The room would get extremly hot due to sun shinning through in the morning. We couldn't find anyway to adjust the temperature.

Kids corner was amazing and the breakfast exceeded our expectations by far, such a variety of sweet and savoury and also the kids breakfast table was such a nice bonus, would definitely stay again!

Great hotel . Great location. Walking distance from Schlinder Factory & the Hop On Hop Off Bus stops directly outside, which takes you to all the landmarks. Spa and Treatments were amazing , great value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
