Disappointing
The location is relatively close to the city center, which is a plus. However, the bed linen and towels were not clean. There were also quite a few drunk people staying at the hostel, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and noisy, especially at night. The hostel claims to have penalties for such behavior, but honestly, I doubt they actually enforce them.

Not much to say about that place, just a bed under the roof. Was hearing strange sounds coming from the yard, very bad wifi, cannot do work online

The location was great and overall the room and bathroom were clean.
The mattress was all stained and the bedsheet was barely covering it. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. While the breakfast was available (prepacked handmade sandwich, plain yoghurt, apple, oat cookie and water) it wasn't worth the money.

Location and overall cleanliness
Breakfast started at 7 and ended at 8. We didn’t get chance to have it. The building between floors gives vibes of the old Soviet building.

- lovely reception staff (!), always available and helpful
- we've arrived much earlier and were allowed to leave our luggage in a secure room
- excellent location, about a 25-minute walk to the bus and train station, even closer to the city center
- quiet both inside and around the hostel
- room was warm, cozy
- beautiful view from the room window and the kitchen window
- plenty of outlets for charging devices in the room
- hairdryer available in the bathroom
- towels provided at reception (1 per person)
- bed sheet didn’t look freshly changed at all, found a hair on it unfortunately
- free Wi-Fi was there, sometimes normal, quite good, sometimes slow and unstable
- bathroom had poor sound insulation
- would be perfect if there were at least 1 more towel in the bathroom

Amazing location, good stuff and freshly new kitchen with everything needed.
One of the best hostels for one night in Krakow!
