Freedom Hostel is located in the center of Krakow, a few minutes from the main market square. Property location offers easy access to the city's top attractions and historical landmarks. Freedom Hostel offers 38 rooms with private bathrooms. Guests can prepare their own meals in one of three fully-equipped kitchen areas with city view or treat themselves, after a day of sightseeing, to a snack from the mini cafeteria. Rooms were renovated in January 2015. Each room is including private bathrooms, TV, and free Wi-Fi . Property features 24-hour reception and elevator. I liked how big and spacious the rooms were. The staff was great, and the location is great too. I would recommend this place if you're coming to visit Krakow for a short trip. :)
It is a minor thing. But the bathroom could perhaps use some cabinets/ tables so that the guests can put their bathroom utensils there instead of the main room.

A room with simple beds. Nobody cleans under these beds. Also, we had problems with the tap. The water barely flowed from it

The place isn’t that close to main attractions. The bedroom and bathrooms are very very good. But I didn’t feel “hostel vibe”. It was a hotel made as a shared room place. There isn’t common area to meet people and have fun. Hostel is more than shared bedroom. If you arrive before checkin, even 1h, or something like that, forget, they won’t allow you to get in the bedroom (even when it is empty) and they weren’t kind with me.

Nice kitchen for guests. Decent price.
I had troubles to sleep because It was too noisy. Everything look old. Only One Key for room. Breakfast Is a box worth 2 euros. No conditioning in bathroom.

I am a traveler who booked a room 3 days ago. The price at that time was about 167zl per night. I booked for 3 nights, and then after using the discount, when I checked in first night, I paid a total of 467.37zl. But the second day I checked Freedom Hostel’s prices online, and the same room type only costs 112zl per night. For that I ask Freedom Hostel can I check out today and then book a room for tonight and tomorrow night with 112zl per night. But their answer is No. They can’t refund me anything even I check out the second day. But I think the policy about can’t refund doesn’t mean that they can cheat on the room price. That is two things. I remind everyone to book Freedom Hostel one night once a time only cause you may be charged more than 50PLN per night. Carefully!

The receptionists are more than kind and helpful,especially the women. You made all a really good job,keep always smiling .Very clean and about 20 min to the city but 2 min to a tram station which is pretty cheap. Great people around and a nice city with perfect citizens ♥️
To small beds for an adult, a bit noisy in the early hours
