Located for ease of sightseeing and dining, the Elegant Apartments is very good choice. Easy arrival instructions with keys inside the apartment upon arrival. We rented the two bedroom one bath for two adults and the one bedroom one bath for a couple on the second floor (52 steps for the flights). Safe and secure, these apartments are well decorated, spotless, and well equipped. Convenient to Old Town, restaurants, and shops. It is a perfect arrangement for a week or longer stay in Krakow.
The only drawback is the Wifi. Coverage is intermittent and for some unknown reason the IPADS cannot get any connection to the internet. We informed the managers who attempted to solve the problem which seems associated with the Cisco router. For anyone dependent on the internet, this is a real problem.

Very comfortable apartment (nr. 5). Lots of space. Freshly decorated. Very well equipped. On walking distance from the beautiful old city center. Very quiet because the apartment is at the backside of the building. Guarded parking at 100m available.

The property is secure and spacious, grate for families. The apartment is amazing. The location is grate , in the jewish quarter and 10 minutes walk to the center.
Parking is problem , where you have to find a parking garage since there is no detected parking. The property is beautiful but there is no elevator.

Very friendly staff. Apartment was clean and very spacious with loads of storage space. Bottles of water in the fridge as well as tea, coffee and sugar. Excellent location. Very quiet.
Just 3 of everything like plates, cups ect. Can not start the dishwasher for 3 plates so have to wash all the time. 6 would be much better.

Apartment no. 10 was exceptional! Roomy and quiet, with everything you might need. We didn't even mind the stairs!
Echo in the living room from even the slightest conversations, so it's a bit noisy for neighbors. But nothing critical ?

Great spacious apartment. There was no face to face checkin but the communication and direction was simple to follow. Great location to explore Krakow. Large bathroom with amazing shower. Great kitchen. High ceilings and great natural light. Clean and comfortable. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this apartment. It has everything you need and is very warm (specially the floor!) The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host Damian was very cool and even let us leave our luggage until the end of the day. 100% recommended

Elegant indeed ! Spacious, tastefully decorated & well appointed apartment in lovely old building. A welcome & warm space to come back to after visiting the sights of Krakow. Short walk to Old Town & tram stop nearby. Choice of interesting restaurants & wine bars also in walking distance. Also worth noting that there's a railway station within 5 mins walk with trains to the Salt mine & the airport. Apartment was good value & perfect for our stay with good comms with the host, who was able to give us a late checkout, handy for our evening flight home.
