Couldn't expect less. Everything was explained to me. Great breakfast, great swimming pool facilities, good receptions all around the place.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. We came in with our two kids who absolutely loved the pool and the soft play; to the point that our autistic 6-year old cried because he didn't want to leave for home (this never happens, he's such a home body so well done Double Tree!).
I can't get over how child friendly the hotel is. In addition to a typical children activity pack, they also got access to their own hooded towels and a night lamp, a really amazing small gesture of kindness, they absolutely loved, it showed them that they're appreciated guests rather than a necessary addition.

The menu wasn't super varied, but the food was absolutely amazing.

Perfect location as we were visiting Kraków briefly to See the show at Tauron stadium. The food at the restaurant was excellent snd the staff in a bar and restaurant attentive, friendly but professional. We also took advantage of Hotel Spa before the show.
The staff welcoming us at the reception was very robotic and did not crack the smile, same with the staff at the check out, the trainee had most interest in us maintained the eye contact smiled but the girl who was training him was more bothered about stapling the receipts, she basically trained him from her desk whilst doing something else very rude to both the trainee and us as guests. The night staff at the reception was kind and friendly and so were the cleaners always welcoming us with “hello”.

Hotel was modern, clean, and had extremely good staff. Pool was a bit of a let down due to the main pool being very cold and my child didn’t want to swim in it.
I’d have to stretch things a bit to say something I didn’t like. The location is a bit of a trek to center that’s about all I could say that was negative
