If you’re attending an event at Tauron Arena, the location of this hotel is perfect and definitely its biggest advantage. Aside from that, the hotel offers a fairly standard experience. Nothing particularly stood out, but it provides everything you would expect for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is not particularly modern, and while everything was functional and reasonably maintained, it is clear that the property is no longer brand new. Some areas could benefit from a refresh.
The restaurant was somewhat disappointing. Based on previous reviews, I expected a more memorable dining experience, but in reality it felt like a typical hotel restaurant. The food was perfectly acceptable, but nothing really stood out or justified the high expectations.

We came for Conan Gray concert and absolutely loved it. Location was only 15 minutes walking distance. Staff was nice
It's not that we didn't like, but it's regulation for a limited time for the swimming pool area. Kids were bit upset

Nice spa and spacious room. There is playroom for kids (but it’s a windowless room, so not perfect, and a selection of toys is limited).
Decent breakfast but could offer more variety and better coffee.
