- Breakfast is very rich and tasty, with lot of choices for everyone e.g. also egg benedict
- Dinners were delicious - wild boar ragout was fantastic/delicious
- Overall food is very good
- Nice, spacious and clean rooms
- Personnel either at reception or restaurant - superb, very friendly and helpful
- Wellness area - This time I did not used
- Booked this hotel already many times for a business trip and can only recommend

We couldn't use the spa because it was full. We complained but nothing was resolved.

The moquette on the room floor is a classic in any hotel but i’ve always found it very unhygienic

Big comfortable bed
No water in the room. Empty water carafe was left in the room with a note saying you need to go and fill it up yourself from the dispenser next to the elevators! It really is questionable. I arrived at the hotel tired, sweaty and super thirsty after a really long travel and there was no water available at hand. They explained it that this was them caring for the environment but it really is just cutting costs at the expense of the hotel guests. They could use glass bottled water instead of plastic! Another water related issue I experienced was in the shower/bathtub. I wanted to take a hot shower but the water was lukewarm even when set to the temperature over 38 degrees. The hotel is evidently cutting costs. It is visible and very in your face

It was one of the best hotels we have visited with our family. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel was extremely comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay from start to finish.
The pool and fitness center were a big plus, and we made good use of them during our stay.
Being able to swim and workout right at the hotel really added to our overall comfort.
Everything was modern, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for both relaxation and active recreation.

Wonderful
This hotel is great value for money. The staff here are some of the most friendliest and helpful I have encountered at a stay - which deserves recognition! There was good choices of food at breakfast. The size of the room was great. Hotel facilities are really good too - gym has everything you need & more. Spa is amazing! Bed extremely comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location. I had amazing sleeps every night.
Guest Wi-Fi is different from the TVs, therefor couldn't cast to TV. (honour membership is different I think)
There was some missed vacuuming under the bed, which I only noticed as I dropped something under there.
