Very peaceful , understated atmosphere, high quality standard, well organised breakfast area , a short walk to to the tram for connection to city centre , big garden at the rear with seating and outdoor space .Very Good overall

Super hotel, very quiet and in the middle of a large property. Bus and tram stations are within a few minutes walk. Very large spread and delicious breakfast. Very safe and nice environment, ideal for families. This is my fourth country and fourth hotel in this Europe trip, I can say this is the best hotel.
Nothing. Maybe they need to add a fan or air conditioner in the future, as summer is getting hotter and hotter in Europe

Everything was at the good level, we liked very much your breakfasts - big choice of food of good quality and taste
No fridge (at least mini-bar) in the room. We had a long trip during 5 days and stopped in 3 different hotels - your hotel in Krakow, after one night in Hungary and one night in Romania. The temperature outdoors was 30 degrees. We had a box with insulin with us which should be kept in the fridge and in every hotel we did not have problem with this, but in your hotel. The situation was managed by the receptionist who was very kind, he put our box into the big fridge close to reception.

Tasty breakfast, calm stay. We arrived late, it was not an issue - they have 24h reception. Free parking near the hotel. Very reasonable pricing. Very friendly staff.
Considering wonderful value for money ratio - no complaints!

Location was nice. 15 minutes to center by tram and 10 minutes to Tauron arena.
Rooms are small but clean.
Paid parking. Nearby you can find free parking spots. Breakfast was simple. Didn’t like that they were taking time to refill/replace the shortage. No sweet dish or fruits.

Center easily accessible via tram from nearby stop. Clean bathroom.
Room smells old, wet and moldy (due to carpet floor I assume). We woke up to our neighbour shaving in the bathroom (walls made out of paper). Charges extra for parking. Room too small for two people, almost impossible with two pieces of luggage to arrange yourself. Bathroom door has large gap, so you can hear and smell anything happening in the bathroom. Receptionist didn't make us feel welcome in any way and was visibly annoyed by her job.
