Simple and convenient quality stay at this place which is basically for religious visitors to the incredible new (cathedral?) Huge Church which on its own is an excellent thing to see.

door step to the Divine Mercy Shrine, the restaurant served good food, shop in front of the hotel
wifi is only good in the reception area, blankets were too thin , felt very cold in the room, the pillows were very uncomfortable, walls are too thin, you can here next door noise and doors banging.

Near to the sanctuary and bed clean comfortable
The curtains too thin the light outside makes the room brighter it’s difficult too sleep because the room its bright need there curtains change to thicker curtains

Hot and cold water taps on the water cooler at the end of the hall
Bathroom is luxurious
Included liquid soap/shower gel smells nice and works well.
Large map on the grounds detailing the complex. Couldn't find the hotel on the guide to the complex, had to wander into one of the strange buildings and bother one of the nuns for directions. In the evening, dark, whole place deserted.

I'm not concerned about myself and my own difficulties with the directions, but future guests. It makes no sense to have guest after guest experience the same problem if I can help them have an easier time of it.
Spoke to front desk clerk about the difficulty finding the hotel. He ignored my concern.
Need directions for foreigners to use the shower safely, too slippery. Especially the elderly.
Large and sincere breakfast spread. Selections unappetizing.
Reception area is a Catholic gift shop, with lots of items celebrating Pope John Paul II.
Refused to perform inspection for missing towels, damage, etc., after check out, upon request
At checkout time as you go to the tram with your luggage, there are hundreds of elderly people on the sidewalk blocking you, trying to get to church real slow. They don't feel inclined to make a big effort to clear a path for you, because you are an invader on their territory. Not sure if this is a daily occurrence or just bad luck.
Thought only Americans could be so weirdly superficial. Referring to the other guests.
