Wonderful
I loved all the images of Jesus of Divine Mercy and the Saints throughout the hotel, especially the painting in the room. The staff were very kind and pleasant. It is a peaceful place where silence and prayer prevail.
Everything was great! The only small suggestion I would make is to add a toaster for the bread and maybe offer more options for eating the eggs.

Exceptional
Caroline at the reception desk stood out as one with a ' can do' attitude, she assisted with many enquiries, efficiently juggling competing priorities while dealing with several guests at the same time. Her local knowledge and directions were useful, and it was a plus that she spoke English really well
Rooms are small, but clean, spotless and comfortable, windows can open wide for fresh air. Coffee, tea and jug in the room.
Sometimes a weak wifi connection.

Poor
The location in the Divine Mercy Shrine is premium. It is the main positive.
It hasn’t been renovated for decades. Carpets and curtains very old. Smells like urine/aged care home in the hallways and bathroom. I pity the cleaners trying to get the mould and urine out of the grout in the bathroom. Mattress was old and smelt of sweat. No mattress protector. Sheet did not fit over whole mattress. Hugely overpriced for what you get. No solid core door into hallway so you can hear everything. No air conditioning or fan for hot weather. It would have been ok if they didn’t charge the same as if we had stayed in a better place. I would not recommend.

Wonderful
The hotel was just a short walk from the Divine Mercy sanctuary.
The breakfast was good, and plenty to eat.
Restaurant in hotel and at St Faustinas house very reasonable, and good portions.
Reception gave a very good briefing about the hotel and facilities, and were open 24 hours to get help.
Facilities were much better than expected for the price paid.
Will order a taxi to and from the airport for you if you contact them
No information pack in room, which would save asking reception about the everyday stuff if you forget but you do have a phone if you cant be bothered to walk.
No tv in rooms, so make sure you bring a device with you want to watch programmes by yourself.

Poor
A perfect place, when you want to visit the Sanctuary of the Divine Mercy. Free parking, good breakfast. You can easily get into the city center by public transport - tram 8.
The room was dusty. The walls and carpet were also dirty, scratched and old. The elevator and floor were dirty. The walls were thin - you could hear conversations from the next room. Rooms need renovation. The price is inadequate considering the quality. When booking, we requested a room with a view of the chapel. We were officially promised this request, but unfortunately it was not fulfilled. Cleanliness in the restaurant could be better - dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty cutlery. The first time we stayed here in 2019, then several times and since then the quality has been deteriorating. I have a feeling that this hotel has no owner, despite negative reviews, nothing is happening here at all.

If you wish to pray this is a good place to stay. Its proximity to the Divine Mercy shrine and the Shrine of St Pope John Paul II is an advantage. The breakfast is good and the staff are hospitable. It is also a quiet place and the rooms don’t seem to be sound proof.

We really liked the location- as our focus was to visit the Dvine Mercy Sanctuary and the Basilica. The food was also good at the location. Spend a peaceful few days here.
