Ease of communication pre and during the holiday. Both apartments were lovely the upstairs one being slightly more roomy.
We were very grateful that we were allowed to keep one of the apartments until our pick up time of 4pm - this was a huge advantage.
The location was ideal and there were plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. The old town market square was 20mins easy walk away and Kazamierz itself as an area was perfect.

I stayed at Crystal Suites Chez Helena for 5 nights with my adult daughter in August 2025. The apartment is in a town house building, conveniently located in kazimierz where it literally next to the old synagogue, several restaurants in front of the townhome, bars and shops within several minutes walk. From there, we walked to Old Town, Jewish Ghetto, and Schindler's factory museum within 20 minutes!
The place itself is very clean, quiet and air-conditioned. It's spacious, compared to a suite in a hotel. It has the living room, kitchen, bathroom and best of all it has a personal washing machine, a private little yard! The decor is sort of French country interior which we liked it very much.
What's worth mention is the host/property manager Anna. Her hospitality and kindness in her service is the best I've ever seen. Besides checking-in and out, she provided a lot of tourism advice, and even helped to book a couple of dinner reservations. Anna provided the ideas/locations/timetables for gifts/souvenirs/public transportaion/tour choices, making us feel that we have a local friend in town for insights. Her communication through What'sUp App is always timely with excellent English.
In a nutshell, I highly recommend this place for your stay in Krakow.

Very Good
The location was excellent—very close to all the main attractions and super convenient for getting around. Although the street outside was often busy with visitors, the soundproofing was great and we couldn’t hear any noise from outside at all.
The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated—it really felt like home.
The two of us stayed for 5 nights and had a very comfortable experience overall.
It would have been even better if a few extra towels were provided.
The main entrance door to the building was a bit tricky to open at times, which took a little getting used to.
It wasn't a big issue, but clearer instructions or a small sign might help future guests.

Convenient location.
Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.
Small cozy apartment.
Wi-Fi could have been better, needed to stay on the tethering mode using the phone.
The apartment looks larger in the photos rather than it is in reality.

The apartment is truly wonderful! This place was once the living sanctuary of a famous fashion icon, adding a unique and charming atmosphere. The flat is very comfortable, located in Krakow’s historic Jewish district.

Nice apartment in a really good location. It had aircon which was well needed!
We had the top floor so we did not have windows where one could see outside.

The couch used as a sleeper was not comfortable. Problem was quickly resolved the next day with an additional mattress cover

Great location in the heart of the Jewish quarter, restaurants right outside with live music. Most things within easy walking distance. Accommodation was as described, small but good facilities and well equipped. Anna was very good, friendly and helpful, happy to book things for us and recommend places to eat etc.

Clean place and excellent location in the jewish quarter.
They had a washing machine but no dryer. I wish the AC would have been able to work as it was quite hot but it stated in their booklet that thy only turn it on during summer months. It was May and quite hot on the top floor.

Great location. Easy to walk everywhere. Lovely decor. Very clean. Anna was very helpful arranging airport transfers. Breakfast buffet around the corner at a local restaurant was very nice.
We have no negative view regarding our stay there.
