Exceptional
Great location - close to main square yet on a quiet side street. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Very comfortable room - cosy couch with TV and small kitchen on main floor, comfortable bed on mezzanine. Very spacious, spent 6 nights here in this beautiful city and had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Beautiful historic building. Very clean. Nice staff. Highly recommend!
As advertised, no elevator so stairs. They did not bother us. Our stay was perfect.

Pleasant
Location is good. Room was clean.
At time of booking, a double bed was specified. A double bed does not mean two twins pushed together where you sleep uncomfortably in the crack.
Photos on site are not representative of the tiny room provided.

Wonderful
This venue is in the middle of medieval Old Town, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. The venue is located at an old brownstone building that's been beautifully renovated..
Because it's a very old building, it has no elevator - that infornatipn was provided only after i made the booking. We were put on the 3rd floor, and while the staff carried our luggage (thankfully), I was there with my 79-yr old mother, for whom this was far from ideal (luckily she was really cool about it), and was blessed to handle it..with some effort..
Another downside of this location is that a taxi cannot arrive directly in front of the building, and on two occasions I had to chase my Bolt taxi about 200-300 m away. The hotel could make a better
I have also clearly indicated that I wanted a room with with 2 single beds, but our room had 1 double bed (actually 2 beds put together) and we were told that there were no other options. After walking all the way up, we were not in the mood for a hassle. BUT, we pulled beds apart and rearranged the whole room ourselves.
Finally, the beds were super soft.., not very comfortable.

Location was perfect. In the morning, when there is not so much noise, waking up with the St. Mary's Trumpet Call from St. Mary’s Basilica was beautiful

Pleasant
Room was lovely though small, location superb - just off the main square. Room and bathroom well equipped.
Breakfasts good variety.
Beds were narrow and mattress very soft.
Asked on day one about air conditioning. And again on 2nd day. On 3rd day we were told it had been turned on, but it hadn't.
Up 6 flights of stairs which was a real struggle and meant we avoided going up and down during the day.
Very early start to go to Auschwitz - ordered packed lunches - awful! Bread was very stale with minimal filling. Promised yoghurt but given kiwi fruit- impossible to eat on a minibus!
On arrival only managed to get into building when another guest let us in, otherwise we'd have been stuck outside!

Wonderful
Comfortable cozy and its location next to the main square and to many restaurants cafe and monuments is great!
65 stairs to the third floor was a positive for our health ?negative for someone who has luggage!

Poor
Friendly and helpful staff, awesome location, great breakfast.
The listing clearly mentioned '1 large double bed,' but in reality, there were two single beds pushed together, loosely connected with just a bedsheet. Of course, this created a gap and wasn’t comfortable sleeping at all. It would be fair to mention this in advance. I understand it might be more practical to use two single beds, but in that case, I’d expect them to be properly secured with ties and to have one single mattress instead of two.

Wonderful
The location is perfect. Just off the main square in a quiet street. The room was spacious and clean. It had access to a small kitchen area and there was a fridge in the room. The beds were soft but were extremely comfortable and we slept well. We had a change of towels during our 3 night stay which was unexpected.
Breakfast was a good selection of meats, cheeses and bread. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Nothing.
