best sanitary ive ever had. friendly staff, convenient layout. location was no issue with public transport (10-15min to inner city and exhibitions)
rather late check-in. kitchen wouldve been nice.

Wonderful
Everyone, especially the reception staff, was very kind and respectful. Even if you come in the summer season like me, it is possible to get personal space here, it has a balcony and a modest garden. As far as I have observed in a few days, when you come to Chili, you will be a guest in a quiet accommodation atmosphere, not with many floors and dozens of rooms like others.

the moment of departure
the room was much too small for 8 people, it smelled bad, the wifi didn't work, they didn't have any washing powder, there were some unfriendly and disrespectful guests, one of them (a long-term guest?) thought it was normal to turn on the light several times a night (at 3:00 a.m.!) and someone puked in the hallway after a loud party... I've been to a lot of hostels but this was the worst, please stay away!

Good location, nice beds, complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Good TV signal, nice hot water in the shower. Bed was soft and comfy, covers were not excessively warm. There is a fridge with drinks for purchase in the reception.
Bathroom was slightly messy and sinks were dirty, maybe because I came in very close to closing time. Some noise from trams. but accepted and expected given the area. Hoping there was a way to keep the fan on on low, independently from the room light.

Okey let's start with, when we arrived we asked by the reception about the parking, they said because of constitution day the parking is free. So we started our holiday went to restaurant ect.. when we came back we saw the bill on the car. When we wen't back to the reception and explained what happend she just started to shake her shoulders like so what.. so she didn't cared about this. So we had to pay 150 zloty for parking for that day. Also she can't speak englis. So it was realy difficult to communicate with her. Than later there was no hot water in the shower. We could not have shower for 2 days. And also there was vomit on the door of the shared bathroom and human excrement on the wall
It was at a very good location everything was close tu us it was easy to reach all of our targets to visit. We can recomend just to try keep it cleaner and also to tell the reception stuff if they something dont give falls information

- very close from two train stations and very close to the city centre
- 24 hours supermarket just around the corner
- staff was very friendly
- room was clean and quiet
- very good price deal
- the bathrooms were in overall clean but the gap between the shower doors and the floor or on the toilet cabine were a bit uncomfortable

Sizeable and clean dormitory, comfortable beds with two sockets each, kettle with supplies for hot drinks, lockers with locks provided. Washing machine, iron, drying rack and hairdryer in the bathroom. Fridge in the hallway. Exceptionally friendly staff. Very close to a tram stop, but it's not too loud at night. Great value for the price.
Mixed-gender shared bathroom with rather wide gaps in the toilet and shower stalls, to be honest I didn't feel very safe in there as a young woman.

- it was clean (room, bed clothes etc)
However sheets could be changed for new ones because you can see that those are already wore out

- it was cold in the room during evenings and nights (outside was approx. - 10C) even though the heater was turned on (still not working the best). The reception lady (very nice person!) gave me an extra blanket so it was a little bit better.
Nevertheless, the hostel should take more care of heating especially during winter
- there is no kitchen
- no breakfast option
- rooms can't be closed so everyone can enter shared rooms (I'm talking mainly about aspects of nights). I would feel safer if I could lock even a shared room from inside
