A phone number different from the one provided on Booking.com messaged me on WhatApp claiming to be from the hotel in Krakow, (did not mention the name of the hotel). The number repeatedly asked me what time I would be arriving despite me putting that information in the booking, messaging the hotel via Booking.dom to confirm the time, AND the hotel confirming receipt of my ETA. The WhatsApp number continued to message and call me several times. When I reported this suspicious behavior to the hotel and to Booking.com, I was ignored.

Very Good
Good service, very central, very clean, tea and coffee in room. Room fixed every day in a nice way. Good bed.
A bit old and weary. Noisy fan in bath. TV not really working, or maybe I missed something in Polish.

It was comfortable and decent.
Only one bed was made when we arrived and I was asked if we need a set for the other one. The door to the bathroom kept opening. No air con. And lock system to the room and gate downstairs a bit old fashioned.

It was my second stay in the apartment. I was greeted with open arms and welcomed as long not seen friend. I felt there at home. Also, the location is brilliant, right in the centre of Krakow.
All suited me well.

The location is good.
The location is nice and the accommodation is ok, check in was easy. There were a few bugs in my room - one which was crawling on the bed, which was quite gross. They may have come from outside - but hard to tell. The staff were not the most helpful, when I had to go home three days early due to a family emergency and wanted to transfer the room to a colleague whose hotel made a mistake with the booking, for one day of the remaining three, they were not at all accommodating and just insisted I check out and return the key - probably a good chance for them to earn some extra on an already paid booking.

The location was excellent, just off the main square. The room was a good size, very clean. Kettle and small fridge handy.
It is noisy at night due to the location. The welcome was efficient but not warm.
