The breakfast was great. The location on the main square of Krakow was perfect.
The room allocated (Superior Studio) was very dark (side view of street off main square). There was scaffolding erected at the front of the hotel for maintenance (painting, etc) so a view of the square would have been impossible when we stayed anyway. There was only one pillow supplied, which was quite hard. The reception staff were very helpful.

Just a stunning hotel in a perfect location right on the square. The breakfast is perfection. Majority of staff just lovely x
Don’t arrive for breakfast at the said opening time of 7.30am - the breakfast room isn’t set up yet and the young staff get very flustered

The staff was very kind and helpful when I arrived with an unexpected mobility problem. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The location was perfect for the Christmas Market and any other time of the year to enjoy Krakow. The room was lovely and quiet. Really a perfect place to be to enjoy this beautiful city.
