A superb hotel right on the central square of Krakow. The service was impeccable, the staff simply amazing (extremely polite, friendly and helpful), the breakfast and dinner very very good. The room was very spacy, super clean and warm and above all extremely quiet (I cannot remember ever having such a good night's sleep in a hotel so close to the center of a city!). Highly recommended!

The location is amazing - we breakfasted ovokking the central square yet didn’t hear any noise in our room. Breakfasts are cooked to order and are excellent. The property itself is stunning - it really does feel like a small palace. And the staff are lovely.

Great hotel with good rooms and attractive Polish decor. Good location with a bar / restaurant section outside on the main square. All the staff were helpful and service was very good. Good selection of food and drinks at breakfast and dinner.

From the moment you enter, the entire staff is warm and stand to greet. The hotel is beautiful throughout and breakfast was exceptional!!! So happy we chose this hotel. Location also perfect to walk everywhere.

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the Square. All of the staff were excellent very helpful and always friendly any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

So, so. Nothing special but the price was very high.
No couch to relax, small room. The room was a a little cold but we couldn't make it warmer.

Upgraded to a suite, which was enormous.
Plumbing in shower needs attention and staff can be a bit abrupt at times, not very helpful when we missed breakfast as we had an early start. The prices in the restaurant were very high for dinner.
