The breakfast was amazing .. the choices of cooked eggs that is done in the kitchen and comes to us with a nice presentation and so tasty, plus the water, fresh juices, tea and cofee are available all day for free

Perfect location for exploring Kraków, we were visiting for the first time, and the hotel is right by the town square. The room was lovely, and had everything we needed. We stayed for two nights, and had breakfast both mornings. The selection was really good, and the food from the menu was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
On our first night, we ate in the hotels restaurant, which is the same space as the breakfast. We chose to eat indoors, but there was an outdoor option too. The food and wine selection was really good in the evening as well, we had their steak, plus we were able to try Goose Pierogi!
We visited the Wieliczka Salt Mine too, which is about 30 minutes away in a taxi and cost about £10 one way. Well worth the visit! Bear in mind that due to the old town street layout, and one way system, it can be easier to pick up and drop off a few streets away from the hotel.
The on/off switch for the bedside lamps was surprisingly hard to find. It was right in the middle of the lamp's stand, and you had to press and hold to change the brightness.

Location! Staff were nice , especially in bar and front office.
The rooms were the most expensive in the hotel but air con non functional in one room , and apparently hasn’t worked for years. Couple that with a glass roof was like a greenhouse, luckily was May, in August would be unbearable. We complained but nothing was done and no apology from the management at all, not even an acknowledgement. The other luxury room had a shower in the bath. Not exactly 5 star.
Breakfast was average and slow to arrive, often cold.

Excellent location on the main square, elegant style room, good breakfast.
Room arrangement and layout was uncomfortable, tv offered no modern features, experience felt outdated.
