The hotel is in a beautiful historical building in a prime location at the heart of the old town. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had a true boutique experience. The breakfast was great, with a lot of options in the buffet, but also on the à la carte menu. I was traveling with my dogs, and they provided everything so the little ones could have a comfortable stay as well. A side note: the amenities in the bathroom were really nice, the products felt luxurious and they were plenty!

Hotel room was immaculate and everything I would expect from an executive suite. Everything you could possibly want was in there. The cleaning staff, restaurant staff and reception desk were all very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, on the Cloth Hall Square. If you don't want to eat or drink in the hotel every night, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets near by.

The breakfast was great. The location on the main square of Krakow was perfect.
The room allocated (Superior Studio) was very dark (side view of street off main square). There was scaffolding erected at the front of the hotel for maintenance (painting, etc) so a view of the square would have been impossible when we stayed anyway. There was only one pillow supplied, which was quite hard. The reception staff were very helpful.

Just a stunning hotel in a perfect location right on the square. The breakfast is perfection. Majority of staff just lovely x
Don’t arrive for breakfast at the said opening time of 7.30am - the breakfast room isn’t set up yet and the young staff get very flustered
