The room was a good size, very spacious first 3 adults.
You were supplied with water, robe and slippers
From the off, our transfer never showed up at the airport...after 30mins of waiting, I had to call the hotel to be told that the driver was not coming due to an accident on one route. No one bothered to try and contact me. This is very poor customer service.
When we arrived at the hotel around 9pm , They did apologise and gave us a dinner voucher... the food was okay but not great, put it this way, i would not have paid for that quality of food. The breakfast was poor too... scrambled eggs were disgusting, my sis threw up 5mins after returning from breakfast, and my friend had an upset tummy all day.
When we arrived at our floor there was a black bin liner outside our door....I told reception about it and was told that housekeeping work until 10pm, it was about 9.30pm at this point. The next morning, the black bin liner was still outside our room. The shower was hot and powerful but soaked the bathroom floor every time we showered due to a poorly fitted shower screen.
We stayed for 3 days, and our room was serviced once, only to change towels and empty the bin. Housekeeping did not make the beds, remove used glasses from the room or hoover, this should be a standard procedure especially in a 4* rated hotel.
The location is okay, only 10 minutes from the main square... best to take a Bolt depending on the time of day you can expect to pay between £3.50-£8 one way.
Taxi rank at airport only as Bolt only can drop off there.. no pick up via Bolt at the airport. The taxi robbed us, we was charged around £25.00 and should have been around £12. So make sure you confirm your cost with the driver first.
The main square is lovey. Lots of restaurants and bars. Things to see and do.

The room was spacy and comfortable. The bad comfortable as well. The room very clean. Excellent pool. Everyday tea, coffee and waters in the room. Though the building is old, the hotel provides anyway the main necessary services that you may feel comfortable. The bus stop is near, so you may easily go to the city center. I loved as well the locking system of the doors giving me security feeling.
The building itself seem old, corridors ground old, but it was not afterwards important. I think the hotel may do better the lighting in the restaurant, in the pool.

Probably people who give nice reviews never stay at 4* hotels.
It is an embarasing hotel. Only the price is for 4*
Hotel is big. Personal is like forced to work there.
Facilities..... pool a little bigger then a water puddle, restaurant( four star again) with 4 5 main courses, bar with vodca of course and only just house wine.
They advertise soundproof room but from second floor room we hear sliding doors from entrance and all our neighbors....
hotel like a bad joke.

The hotel was modern, clean. Shower gel and soap included. The breakfast was excellent and very rich. The hotel pool included in the price of the stay was also a plus, although it was not very large. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, but it is not free. The price is approx. 8 euros per day.
The location of the hotel is not ideal. It is quite far to the city center, 20 minutes by car. There is nothing accessible on foot around, no shops, you have to go everywhere by car. The hotel service was not there even once during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper at the reception personally. The trash can was not replaced even once. Considering the price, the room was tiny.

The rooms are a bir dated.
Trip to city centre takes around 30 minutes during rush hour.

The BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM. Room was good. and the pool was also very good we just had so much to see that we didnt end up in the room for very long each day to enjoy it, we also had early check in which was great as our flight was in early.
it was a little out from the town so we got a lot of ubers but to be honest they were very cheap so it wasnt a hassle at all.
