Location, relatively close to the airport
The furniture is old, the bed was not comfortable. There are lots of stains on the carpet, at the lamps, etc.

Good rooms, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, cozy and clean swimming pool.

Low price
I had fruit flies in my room. The corridor carpet on the 4th floor was filthy and the floor full of bumps and uneven, very strange. The swimming pool was small and crowded, no keys available for the lockers in the changing room. Almost no TV channels available apart from the state TV. No free parking.

Close to the exit routes from/to Krakow. Good breakfast.
Bad smell into the room 107. Windows can not be oppened to get some fresh air inside.
No WiFi signal in the room. I had to go to lobby for internet connection.

Room cleaning poor , breakfast poor value, lack of night time staff meant no-one to stop noisy guests running around in early hours of morning waking us up, repeatedly. Poor position for us - far from town centre but no shuttle from hotel to town as we had hoped, bar closed at 10pm.

Good location
The staff were not very friendly and customer service non existent.the list below of the things that were not acceptable.
1.we booked a queen room with double bed . We received two small beds put together not even steady and moved apart everytime we moved on the bed
2. The shower only had one panel and shower head was squirting water out and flooded the bathroom complained nothing was done about it .
3. The hotel had school trips for kids . Complained numerous times about noise and kids shouting and messing around fighting on the hallway outside our room. All I was told we have spoken to teachers and there is nothing else I can do. Whilst leaving for my flight I saw hotel policy about noise and the booking conditions about penalty for noise after hours . Why was this not followed as it ruined my stay with my fianc his first time in Poland not a very good representation.
4.cleaning was part of the booking ,again our room was not cleaned Daily after numerous requests for it to be cleaned or not done to even an average standard,dirt cups not cleaned .correct towels not given ,no coffee or tea provided had to ask each day .I would like to hear your response to compensation as I believe what I booked was not provided .if this is not dealt with quickly and efficiently I will put reviews on trip advisor about hotel and booking.com and take it further look forwards to hearing your response

There is NO WAY to take a shower in the tub because the glass door is too small
