The location it’s near to the old city and all the attractions. The room view was good and the cleaners staff was nice to us.
We had a confirmation email for the parking reservation for two car for the whole of our stay, the first night was good however the second day when we came back from our journey the basement parking was full and the guy in the reception told us that there is no empty parking we where very upset because we already had a previous reservation for the parking so we park our car outside ( there were babies and olderly people with us) . The big issue was when we checked out the girls in the reception were ready to charging us the parking for the unused parking even though they didn’t apologize. We really were upset.

I did not like receptionist as told us wrong information about breakfast told us wrong price and told her 1 morning took for 2 morning breakfast for myself and my husband £74.00 and was also going to take money for staying at hotel which I already paid for
