The room was clean and the hotel was in a very good location
Breakfast should be improved, especially the sweet part. There was not much option for gluten and lactose intolerance. In the room I would change the towels. They were completely broken on the sides and you could tell that were too used.

Have stayed at the hotel before so had previous experience of the hotel. Met all our expectations. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff on reception. Great room on the 4th floor (417). Fantastic breakfast. Bar. And great location within easy reach of the Main Square etc. Will stay again.
Nothing really. Could supply milk in the rooms as tea/coffee facilities are supplied.

Breafast was amazing with a wonderful choice for everybody. Staff were lovely and the location was central and convenient. If you are going to Krakow this is a must hotel to stay in. We will be back.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was clean and comfy ,the location was very nice and breakfast was rich. Also the staff was very kind.
The noise from the tram that was passing by and the lack of a big reception or lounge

Was clean, tidy, excellent location
Breakfast wasn’t great. No fresh croissants or pastries. Eggs was all hard / over cooked as been sat under the lights.
