There wasn't anything we could fault the hotel on. Staff were excellent. Food was excellent. Breakfast had a wide choice of items. Try the sausages! Room was bright and cheerful. Very clean. We will be staying here next time as the City has so much to do.

Tiny room. Room didn't feel that clean. Breakfast mediocre. Did not feel like a two star hotel. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and they are significantly better

Location was great, staff was were lovely and helped us with our stay. I forgot my charger for my phone and they provided one for me while I was there. All very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were modern and there was a great choice at breakfast.
The hot element of breakfast was cold, the heat lamps didn’t seem to keep the food warm.

Excellent location only 5-10 mins walk to Old Town. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant had a range of dishes that’s were good quality and reasonably priced. A shout out to the hotel taxi driver who had an amazing knowledge of polish history and we recommend using this rather than the slightly cheaper uber, he was well worth it.
Breakfast had a reasonable range but the hot food was often only lukewarm.

Eight minute walk for the old town square brilliant location.
Staff were lovely.
If you plan on doing the Auschwitz, Birkenau and salt mines tour the bus picks you up outside this hotel.

Bit cold in our room, difficult to sort that out. Only one sachet of coffee each in room.

Great location, close walk to centre. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff friendly. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but enough for what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for much more! Will definitely stay again.
