Front desk staff Yvonne exceptional. Location so close to the park and Old Town was a big plus. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.
The hotel has strange numbering of it's rooms and you need to go up and down stairs as the elevator doesn't service all floors.

Location! Not far from old town. Around corner from pick up point for Salt mine and Auschwitz tours. It’s was very clean, staff were friendly EG arranging a lunch pack for our Auschwitz trip as we left too early for breakfast. Breakfast was included and good variety.
The only thing was the room was really small, could just manage to walk around the bed.

Great location, lovely clean hotel and staff were very attentive and approachable. Breakfast was good too - plenty choice to choose from and catered well for diverse nationalities. Perfect.
Stairs- our room was in the annexe area room 120 - took the lift to first floor, then a series of up stairs, along corridors, down stairs and along corridors. Bit of a labyrinth.

Location and breakfast. Friendly staff and clean room. This hotel is offering the best breakfast in Kraków. Simply great
One thing however needs to be improving. Location of the safebox. Definitely is too low. For the older individual is difficult to operate. It's great to have in the room but location isn't convenient. This should be a priority in my opinion.
