Friendly staff, good location. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Decent breakfast.
We asked for a room at the back of the hotel as it would be quieter but, ended up with a room looking out onto the outside drinking, eating area so it was really noisy. A lot of steps up and down to our room through a maze of corridors even though we were on the first floor?
Rooms were hot and we couldn't open the window due to outside noise.
After our second night we left towels on the bathroom floor to be replaced but came back to find the same towels had just been hung back up, so no clean towels throughout our stay.
Very uninviting decor throughout the hotel, especially the bar area. Uncomfortable, high plastic chairs and wobbly tables. Had one drink in there but would'nt go there again.

Great location for old town and Jewish Quarter. Friendly staff. Overall good stay. Clean hotel and lovely choice of breakfast.
Tram noise can be heard in rooms even those in the back of the building.
Krakow is a sightseeing city where we walked approximately 8 miles a day. At the end of the day a comfy seat would be really welcome, however the lobby seats were very low, small and mainly plastic. In the bar plastic hard bar stools at tables. It is suggested chairs are changed to better comfier versions would be a great improvement.

The location is very good -tram stop just outside in your right. Wawel Castle is a pleasant 10 min walk. The Old Town is also short 5-7 min walk away. The breakfast is plentiful with a wide choice of dishes.

Great location for old town and Jewish qtr 5 min walk to both and nice breakfast too.
The only thing I would recommend is ask for a room at the rear of the hotel as the trams and traffic noise at the front can be all night long and noisy.

Excellent location, room was large, bed was comfortable. Small fridge, iron and safe all provided in the room. Had to ask for extra pillows but that wasn’t an issue. The only negative was the breakfast. The hot food was luke warm each morning and could take a while to be replenished at busy times.

Excellent location for sightseeing of Old Town. Breakfast very good. Great value. Lack of sitting areas and bar small.. the decor is interesting however the modern extension is only accessed via stairs with no lift!!
