I
I had booked 2 rooms 5 months in advance & my only criteria was that the rooms should be on the same floor & elevator accessible as I had just had a knee operation.... This was confirmed by the hotel at least 5 times before we checked in on mail as well as on the phone. When we reached there both the requests were not met. I had to climb down 2 floors as there was no elevator on my floor. I was there for 5 days and they did nothing to rectify it.
The mattresses were ancient & all worn out. I asked them to replace it & they said that they don't have a spare mattress, which is unbelievable. The rooms are tiny & you have to struggle to have a bath in the shower cubicle as it is so small.
The only thing good about the hotel was the location.... I won't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent location only 5mins walk to the main square and many excellent restaurants.
Very clean

No complaints at all but standard rooms are very small if that bothers you.

Breakfast was good and location was central. Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly too
Room was smaller than expected and the cost per night is quite expensive, Bathroom was also small and shower door did not close properly

Great location - close to both the old town and the Jewish quarter. Good breakfast - lots of options available, both hot and cold. Very good sized room - plenty of space, comfortable bed and good shower.

Location was great. The hotel staff were good especially the restaurant and bar staff. Some of the female reception staff were not welcoming though.

The hotel was lovely, the staff so pleasant and friendly and helpful. Room was clean and lovely too. So easy to get to square and river fantastic. When we come back we will be staying there
One minor thing our shower head wouldn't stay up all the time. But we got round it. Maybe bottle of water in fridge on 1st day then could just fill up daily. Trams bit noisy but got used to them after all the walking But that was it.
