I'd love to leave a 10/10 review but I can't. This hotel is great value for money with almost everything you'd expect from a 3 star hotel (though it's a 3)
We really counted on this place to do our laundry and even asked in advance if that's possible. We didn't think to ask the price because we expected it to be in line with the price of our stay. We never imagined the ridiculous price per item. 30 pln for each shirt for example. Filling one machine would cost close to 1000 pln!!! We ended up buying new clothes instead which was literally cheaper. They ignored our complaints on this matter. If I'd give the hotel only 3/10, it would still be more proportional than the laundry prices.

The location is good, easy access to the city center by tram. Quiet and good room. Good beakfast with big choice.
The airconditioning was not working in one of the rooms, so it was too hot in the room.

Great positioning of the hotel in Krakow, you can easily get to the city center (20 min) or really anywhere in max 30 min and the station is near. The staff was realy nice and helpfull. The breakfast was diverse for all the 6 days that we stayed. The room was confortable and always clean. Totaly recomand.
In the room that we stayed there was no fridge.

The hotel location. It was very quiet at Night. Very good communication to the center of the city. People at the reception of the hotel was very helpful and nice.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, great room service, and very helpful staff. Good location, and a big private parking area.
Very limited options for breakfast, and not all restaurant staff speak English. Ground floor rooms are very noisy, avoid them at any cost.

The Front desk/Reception people were extremely friendly. The breakfast is good with several local products and salads. You can park the car/moto with additional cost.
Location from the city center is far by walking but we can manage it.
