When we entered the room, it was very cold because the window had been left open during the storm. We had to turn on the heating. The carpet was dirty (probably the previous guests had stained it with something pink), so our socks got dirty. The pillows were so large that my neck started to hurt. The walls were chipped and dirty. In the morning (around 6:00 AM), we were woken up by a strong smell of smoke, since the room was on the ground floor above the hotel entrance.

Far away from the hustle and bustle. Calm and very quiet.
Breakfast was large but not that good. A little disappointing. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable though. Might as well have slept on the floor in the sense of comfort.

Good location, about a 5 min walk from the bus stop.
Even being aside of the highway as it was some meters within, it was very quiet, no noise entered the room.
Comfortables bed. Enough space in the room.
They hold or luggage almost all day on our check out.
Breakfast Buffet is good enough.
Does not have too much to buy from nearby, just a couple of Kebab or something.
Breakfast is in the hotel aside, not a big deal unless is raining (few meters of walking with no cover)

15 mins to airport Krakow ? short walk to trams to center of krakow. Not too busy, breakfast is in opposite hotel and plenty there
Somebody took the rubber sealer out of shower head, and had blocked the shower , not the hotels fault ,previous guests I suspect. But gave us another room within 20 mins

Perfect hotel for an overnight or a couple of nights' stay.
The staff are very kind.
Good breakfast.
Nice rooms.
Recommended
It should be mentioned that breakfast is served in a nearby hotel, and you must ask for vouchers from the reception before going there.

The hotel is lovely, the staff is very kind, and the breakfast is good. There are also lots of parking places.
We booked two rooms. We came from different locations. I arrived late, but our family arrived early after a long journey and got a room very early, long before check-in time.
We paid 40 Zloty for overnight parking (from around midnight to the morning).
