Perfect location in the jewish quarter. Very clean, calm and modern accomodation. Self checkin was very easy and comfortable. I will stay there next time.

location is definitely awesome, the room was nice and clean
we were four people, yet only three sets of sheets were prepared.
also, we got charged additionally for breakfast, yet our reservation included breakfast as well.
and as a bonus, my reservation data got leaked.
when I pointed to that (someone contacted me making it look like a valid message from the property) - they refused it has anything to do with them. later on there was a message about leaked data from their system

Comfortable bed. Nice kitchenette. Great location. Quiet with windows closed. Nice balcony.
Floor in hall by bathroom needs attention. Foul smell in bathroom at times. Seemed to come from shower drain.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the Wavell castle and the Old Town with near by bus station. Check in/out was brief and the apartment is very nicely renovated with excellent noise cancellation windows. Comfortable beds/beddings and opulent varieties of breakfast choices.

The property was clean and spacious. It was in a great location for exploring Krakow. The beds were comfy and the views excellent.
There was a slight smell of bad drains, both in the bathroom and on entering the property. I was the only one out of the three of us that could smell it, but I do have a sensitive nose!

Central quiet location in the Jewish quarter with restaurants, cafes and corner stores all within a minute's walk from the apartment. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of granola and yoghurt or eggs/omelette and was left outside the door at 8:30 each morning. On one day we had an early start and they provided us with the granola and yoghurt the previous morning so we could take it with us. If you stay in the superior mezzanine apartment, please note that it is two bedroom areas on the mezzanine level separated by a wall and you access one of them via a ladder. The stairs for both of them are metal and shred your feet so wear shoes to get upstairs. I've been recommending this apartment to others who are coming to krakow.

Lovely, big, clean apartment in a perfect location. Great instructions to get into the property. Shower gel & shampoo provided. Everything there for self catering if you wanted to cook.
