Clean rooms, daily cleaning service. Very close to the city centre and to all public transport (just in front of the hotel).
We needed a second towel for hands and face and we had to be asking, as only a bath towel is provided. But it was not a big deal.

Comfortable room, clean. Location is good. Staff was not very friendly, but helpful. I'd stay there again.
Other guests were quite loud during the night, I think it was a big school group. Room wasn't very well isolated so the noise was a bit disturbing.

Close to center, hotel has parking, decent breakfast. It is a fair choice for someone to stay when in Krakow.
I would like a more thorough cleaning in the bathroom, we were three and towels were two, even though we asked for one more. Bathtub had a bad smell coming out some times. Small room with not enough space to leave the luggage and your bags.
