Everything was perfect: Big room Friendly staff Cleanness Everyday changing linen and towels, also tea -coffee items Quiet room as I asked - window facing inner yard Mini carrefour next building Close to ICE where we had Congress Everyone in the reviews mentioned location- yes, perfect
I had two towels as I was one in a double room, so it was supposed one towel for a person No fridge. If it was a fridge it would be 3 stars hotel

Ok breakfast, but dry bread, and got tired of it, needs some changes. They changed our room when we complained about noises 2nd time.
Only to showertowels, no small ones?! AC couldnt change to warm, even when temp.sank to around 3 deg.celcius outside, so was cold in the room! And just thin covers. Noisy from room above, and corridor!

Very comfortable bed. Only one pillow in room each but we requested an additional pillow each on the second night and this was no issue. We paid for breakfast as an addition on of the days and I definitely feel it is plentiful and a good selection better than I expected from the reviews. Room quiet and clean.
I had interpreted from the reviews that the hotel was more central than it in fact was. It is a good 20/25 minute walk to the old town. Around a 10 minute walk to the entrance of the castle. Jewish quarter is about a 40 minute walk away. The train station around 35/40 minute walk. We did use Ubers at times which are very affordable around 17-20 zloty for around a 4-5km drive. Overall, however for the price we did not mind walking but just something to be aware of for those that would find this an issue.
