The employees are like a family and always talk cheerfully among themselves. Believe me, they can do this early in the morning
And the people staying inside have good intentions. The tiny bathroom was always clean.
When you come here, you do not come to an ordinary hostel, but to a village house that was formed by converting an old and neglected detached building into a dormitory. Worse than the springs entering your back was the filthiness of the bed's surroundings. The area the beds view was not be clean. You should be prepared to not sleep relaxed. If you don't have money, use something like coachsurfing or stay like a person in one of the comfortable hostels around Smolki.

"Close to the city center and good transportation.
There was no soap or bath towels in the bathroom. The TV was just a prop because it didn't work, same with the hairdryer. The bed was creaking terribly. Other tourists or students were partying late into the night, shouting and running around despite the quiet hours set at 10 pm.

We arrived in the evening and luckily the location is easy to spot on and reach by bus from the city centre of Krakow. The self check in idea is very good.
I experienced the credit card declined and needed to verify several times to update the card details.

Kinda remote place from the city center. Beds were super uncomfortable. Room smelled so bad. Kitchen was extremely dirty.

Its a hostel. We booked the family room with bathroom. We were given a room with bunk beds simply because I had injured myself and they knew I would struggle with the stairs. This was totally fine and showed they cared.
Remember, you get what you pay for. Its not fancy. However, free parking, 13 minutes from the airport and does the job for a few hours sleep before an early morning flight.
