Location
No instructions on how to use the washing machine. However , the person meeting me to provide keys - was nice enough to stay to start the small load for me. Towels seemed very old. Nice shower , but No place for bath while showering . Also there are no handrails in the shower to use while cleansing or while when bending down to pickup products off the shower floor. I'm
In good physical shape but this could be a problem
for most people my age.

Very Good
Great location. Very safe. Nice balcony. Felt private even though right in the heart of town. Excellent coffee shop for breakfast across the street. Friendly staff.
They provided less than minimal toiletries. We had to purchase toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo to get through our four days. The pull out couches were extremely firm, and there were not enough pillows for four to be comfortable.

Everything matched the description on your website. The welcome was personal, including an explanation of all the details. Everything in the apartment was new and fresh, and the location is almost right in the city center – Only a few steps away from the main station and the market square.

I am a frequent visitor to this place.Every time it’s so easy to check in with great instructions or in person greetings.An apartment is always clean,well organized and comfortable.Nice quiet place.Very convenient location, only step away from public transportation,morning coffee and bakery.All you need is nearby.
Love the prices as well.

Had an awesome stay here! The host was super friendly and really accommodating - made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, everything’s in close reach, and there’s a really great Vietnamese restaurant, a café, and a Zabka right downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful
The apartment is newly renovated and looks very nice. convenient location near the Station and 20 minutes train ride from the airport. 10 minutes walk to the old town and easy access to trams.
Bedroom is a bit small. not much space around the bed.

Had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable place for 5 people. The host is very helpful. We requested detergent for washing clothes and immediately was provided. Walking distance to old square and tram station.
The curtains are too thin and light color. Need darker curtains to block the street lights

The apartment was less than 5 mins walk to the central station (Glowny), mall Galleria Krakowska and also Old Town. The apartment was clean and kitchen is stacked. It was also a great to have a washer inside the apt. Pawel the owner was very helpful

The location to the train station.
Only a small thing, but could have done with a toaster. Don’t like doing toast in a microwave!!!
Also, being a tourist, would have appreciated some info leaflets, possible a town map, so we could get our bearings quicker.

Location was great. Walking distance to the old town, shopping centre, bus stop.
It was noisy as it was facing a street. The superb location made up for it. We had a few warm days. AC could have helped cool down the apartment or a fan.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby.
The apartment was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the basics, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.
Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and friendly, providing all the necessary information in advance.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Krakow. Great value for money and a perfect base for exploring the city!
