The modern hotel, clean and free parking
The stuff. The lady on the reception has been not very welcome, she also repeatedly asked us to pay, 3 times, even we payed in advanced through booking. Maybe it was her first week, we dont know. Three times during one check-in, quite stressful for us. We were even questioning ourselves, if we did really pay or not, in advance. I had to check it twice. Anyway, stay was great afterwards, we highly recommend this hotel.

- Air conditioning located next to the bed head without the possibility of changing the direction of the air circulation (could be a specific issue of our room) - The staff looked very confused on our arrival; the check-in process was long and chaotic - Two spiders found in the room during the first night - Breakfast could offer a better choice, no bacon or hot chocolate (not filled in the machine despite asking). Furthermore, it seemed the staff made pancakes for themselves but not for the guests :/

Vanilla is very unique hotel in Krakow, having home -like atmosphere blended with dose of nobility and luxury. Placed in the quiet and very nice surrounding, this cozy hotel offers a high level of privacy and peace. It has everything a person, or couple, or family would need for a nice and memorable stay. Rooms are exceptionally big and very cozy, equipped with nicely designed and well thought furniture. It has plenty of wardrobes, shelves and cupboards for storing things. There is also a convenient kitchenette, microwave and big fridge. There are absolutely no traces of wear and tear in the rooms, all furniture looks like brand new. The cleanliness of this hotel is at superb level, and that counts for both the cleanliness of the rooms and the cleanliness of the corridors and lobby. Bed linen and towels are snow-white. The cleaning staff makes no compromise on anything, they take a good care of every single detail in your room to make it perfectly tidy. Hotel staff at the reception is very nice and polite and they would do everything to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Vanilla hotel is definitely a great value for money, and is already my choice next time I come to Krakow.
