The biggest plus of this Hotel is the location. The Tram station that takes you to the City center or Kazimierz is across the road - and it's 20/25 minute journey. The rooms were nice, spacious, even had kitchen appliances. Breakfast was okay, but nothing exceptional and mostly the same every day.
The staff wasn't necessarily rude, but it wasn't too hospitable either. We had a problem with the lock the first night - the door couldn't be locked. At first they made us pack up (after we unpacked our luggage) - but then called the room to say that they don't have another room, have a nice stay, that's it. Only after i went down (again) to the reception, they told me that the next day the repairman will resolve the issue. So we unpacked again, losing like an hour for nothing in the process... The issue was luckily resolved the next day but nobody said a sorry, or even asked if everything was alright - not even at the checkout. And it was the same lady who i signaled my issue to begin with. Cleanliness had it's issues as well, was done pretty superficial but mostly it was okay.

very clean, comfortable and well equipt apartment.Hekpful reception staff. Supermarket just metres away and more importantly, tram for 20 minute journey into centre of Krakow just accross the road. nice breakfast.
though access was easy into apartment block, could use better signage to reception (minor point)

We pretty much like everything except coffee in the morning. They have poor quality coffee beans in the restaurant. Staff is wonderful, very polite ? Location is fantastic, 20 minutes walk to Polish Maldives. We highly recommend this place.

I arrived late at night. Unfortunately, the fuse in the apartment was gone, so there was no electricity at all until morning. Book your parking before not to drive around for an hour to look for the parking space. The room was very clean with a single bed too narrow and small to sleep comfortably.. Overall ?
