Nice room. Good shower. Staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly (helped me find somewhere to purchase a phone charger when I realised Id forgotten mine). Pretty place, great location.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RECEPTIONIST AFTER 6PM.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! NO PATIO, NO CITY VIEW, NO INDOOR COURTYARD VIEW, NO COFFEE MAKER, NO PHONE OR USB CHARGER, ONLY ONE PERSON CAN ACCESS WIFI, NO TOILETRIES ( MISSING SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER, NO LOTION, NO BLOW-DRIER, NO IRONING BOARD. TV VERY SMALL w/ NO INSTRUCTIONS TO OPERATE. VERY TINY AREA. NO RECEPTIONISTS AFTER 6PM w/ NO INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO GET IN. OWNER HAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY, OWNER REFUSED TO REFUND MY TWO MORE DAYS. FOUND-OUT RENTED IT OUT TO SOMEONE ELSE. NOT VERY HONEST. I RE-BOOKED TO APARMENTY BRACA6 AND THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND COMPORTABLE.

Really liked the hotel, amazing building, homely lovely decor, the young lady on the reception was nice welcoming and helpful. Breakfast excellent, location in the Jewish quarter was great for us, about 20 mins from the ain square
Nothing it was excellent.. I must say it is unsuitable for disabled because of the stairs

Lovely hotel in the Jewish Quarter. 20 min walk to the Main Square in Krakow. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants near by too.
Only thing I would say was our room had no tea/coffee making facilities which we didn't realise when booking. Wasn't a huge problem but would have been nice to have had that option.

No shower curtain but great bath. No lift in the property but this was not an issue for us. Its an old building so

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Apartment with private balcony was lovely.Beds made daily with fresh water and coffee pods supplied. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Quiet at night. Good location. Restaurants bars and convenience stores on your doorstep. Taxi from airport a bonus and on time.
Pillows flat. Tv only had one English Channel and kept crashing.

Loved this hotel very trendy and great location. The breakfast is great we had only for one morning just as we wanted to try other places but it was great. We also had dinner one eve as a group and the food was fantastic. The staff were brilliant and arranged all our trips for us. Would love to go back at some point maybe Christmas Markets next year.
Would be nice to have coffee and tea making facilities in the room, but apart from that loved this hotel.
