Wonderful
Location was perfect - just outside of "Old Town" so it was convenient to get to the train station and to access Old Town. Trams and buses run just down the street and there plenty of bakeries within minutes of the hotel. A 24 hour convenience store is on the corner. The rooms are in an old building (2nd floor for US citizens). A coffee machine and some pastries were provided in the hall way.

Basic but very clean room. Comfortable bed. Complimentary coffee, tea and pastries. Only steps from the Market Square and walkable from the train station.

Wonderful
It retains an older Krakow flair and feel, which is increasingly rare there, but at great value. I expect to return.
I’ve never quite adapted to the large pillows that seem common there.

Lovely location to explore the Old town, the main train station, shops and restaurants are walking distance away
There is no shelf in the bathroom so it is not practical when you need to take a shower and have your hands free

The property was easy to find and directions for entry were easy and clear. The room was clean and welcoming. Lots of space for a family to be comfortable. Loved the coffee, tea, and cookies that were available.
No elevator but stairs were wide and easy to navigate even with luggage

The hotel was very well looked after , the wooden floors, nice rooms and bathrooms, the location, what a lovely touch the the coffee machine in the hallway was , the ease of access to the property.

Extremely clean, cool, and peaceful. The host was super accommodating and answered quickly, helped us with our luggage and all. Superb. Location was also perfect.
A small fridge would have been useful, perhaps something to consider adding. But the stay was superb without it too!

I won't repeat much from my previous review, but having liked the place a few nights before, I chose to book them again on my return trip. I would add that this second time I discovered that it's conveniently just a 5 min. walk to reach the bus stop for the #152 bus to thereafter catch the #300 bus to the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby as well.
As I wrote before, having no on-site reception is a shame, but they're so responsive via Booking app chat that I suspect most issues would get resolved soon anyway.

Wanted to have a convenient location for getting in/out of Krakow for a business trip. It's just a 15 min. walk from the main train station, and also to get into the old town square. They have free self-serve coffee (which isn't bad TBH), tea and cookies. I liked it enough staying there the first night that I booked them again a few nights later for my return trip home!
There's no reception and staff on-site - though I found them quickly responsive via Booking's app chat. You get a code to a lockbox to get your keys, so I didn't have any needs requiring someone to be there (and perhaps they'd come by if you write them on chat?), but I would say that a downside to this is that it's not possible to leave your luggage there (maybe they'd let you if you ask?). I also found the 10am checkout a bit early for my own plans, but it's also reasonable enough for most needs I think,

The location was excellent! We were also given a courtesy room on our last day which was very good and teas and coffee, as well as a few snacks provided throughout also.
The smelly drains in the bathrooms and no large sofa in the main kitchen / family room area

The location is great, 5 minutes by foot from old town and there is a tram stop a few meters away. The interior is very clean and nice.
